Young People

We offer residential and support services for vulnerable children, young people and care leavers with a variety of support and housing needs. The goal of support is to assist young people as they progress towards independence and personal growth.

Our primary goal is to change the lives of young people so they may overcome obstacles and make difficult circumstances better.

In order to face the challenges of adulthood and independent living, we want to make sure that young people have the ability, skills, independence, and resilience they will need. Our goal is to support and encourage young people to actively participate in making decisions about their future and any service modifications.

To encourage and promote healthy outcomes, we offer young adults person-centred support services. Our services are designed to help you live a happy, fulfilling life doing the activities you love and find enjoyable while also fostering independence. We firmly think that you can make decisions about your life that will enable you to reach your greatest potential as long as you have our support.
