Jernice Care is in the process of registering with CQC. Supported living services at Jernice Care provide the essential support for individuals to maintain independence and enhance their quality of life. If someone struggles to manage at home but doesn’t want to live in residential care, our supported living services may be able to help. We offer you a suitable place to live, which may be your own house, along with some personal care services (such as cooking or laundry assistance) is known as supported living.
Two or three persons with similar requirements share some supported living homes. Before allowing two or more people to live together, an impact risk assessment is conducted to make sure their needs align. We give a tailored plan to support you based on your objectives, interests, and goals. We collaborate with you to choose the best course of support to help any emotional, social, or personal challenges you may be having.
